Time Management & Stress Control

Introduction

There is no role model for managing time in the new millennium. We have never before been faced with such pace, chaos, information overload and demands on our time. This course from RBNC addresses the time management issues managers face in the new millennium. This includes how you (and your staff) relate to time. It covers the principles of effective time management in our chaotic times, and provides some practical assessment and application tools. Time pressure usually creates stress in ourselves and others. Since managers also need to deal with this, some useful stress management strategies are also included.
